Full Stack Web Software Engineer (Founding)
Department: Technology
Location: Lomé/Remote
Develop and scale our digital platform. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures using Laravel (PHP), Node.js, and MySQL, and integrating modern front-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and secure web applications.
- Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize performance and ensure continuous maintenance of the platform.
- Participate in technical and strategic decision-making with the product team.
Desired Profile:
- Solid experience in web development using Laravel PHP, Node.js, React, or Flutter.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to work in an agile environment and take initiative.
Mobile Software Engineer (Founding)
Department: Technology
Location: Lomé/Remote
Create and maintain our high-performance, secure mobile applications. You will contribute to the design and integration of innovative mobile solutions using Capacitor and modern frameworks (Vue.js, React Native, or Flutter).
Responsibilities:
- Develop secure and high-performing mobile applications.
- Ensure seamless communication between the mobile app and the backend API.
- Optimize the user experience across all platforms.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and strategic directions.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in mobile development with Capacitor and associated frameworks (Vue.js, Quasar, React Native, or Flutter).
- Strong understanding of mobile development standards and UX/UI principles.
- Ability to deploy and maintain production applications.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Growth Marketer (Founding)
Department: Marketing
Location: Lomé/Remote
Define and execute the growth strategy for our solutions. You will help build our brand, secure strategic partnerships, and drive both customer acquisition and retention, while contributing to the overall evolution of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies (SEO, paid campaigns, partnerships).
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts to maximize engagement.
- Experiment with new growth hacking approaches to drive expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team to improve user onboarding and retention.
Desired Profile:
- Significant experience in digital marketing, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and growth marketing techniques.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of the African market and its unique characteristics is a plus.
